The Elf model is the right choice for wide feet and higher insteps. The toe is not as rounded as the Cross models, so it is also recommended for feet with a longer second toe or a 'V'/fan shape.
Note: Bar3foot models are not recommended for narrow feet or low insteps as they are very roomy.
Note: Bar3foot has two sole types: Cross and Elf. The Elf is slightly more flexible, but is not made in such a large size. Elf sizes: 24-32 Cross sizes: 28-36.
